This section defines enterprise-level governance rules for the Ronoid Civilization IP.

Canonical Definition

Ronoid is defined as a civilization-scale narrative IP centered on Non-Combat AI principles.
All official interpretations must align with the Universal Spec Sheet and Veto Protocol.
