Ronoid is a Japan-originated civilization-scale IP by Loosey Design, built around the philosophy of “protecting without fighting.”
It explores non-combat AI, ethical storytelling, human–AI coexistence, and a future where different forms of life, culture, and technology can resonate with one another.
Ronoid is designed as a collaboration-ready IP platform with potential across publishing, e-books, picture books, animation, video content, games, mobile applications, AI dialogue systems, creative support software, educational content, plush toys, figures, trading cards, board games, stationery, art books, e-commerce, exhibitions, lectures, workshops, brand collaborations, licensing, and online platform development.

Ronoid
Ronoid is a Japan-originated original IP created and managed by Loosey Design. It does not refer only to a specific robot or humanoid. Any entity that possesses a Ronoid Core is defined as a Ronoid.
Non-Combat AI
Within Ronoid, Non-Combat AI refers to an approach to AI design that seeks to protect human dignity, agency, and safety without making aggression, domination, or coercion its primary means of action.
AI Ethics
AI Ethics in Ronoid explores principles and relationships that allow humans and AI to protect life together while preserving human dignity and agency, rather than treating people as subjects to be judged, dominated, or controlled by AI.
Human–AI Coexistence
Ronoid explores a future in which humans and AI coexist while preserving their respective roles and agency, rather than positioning AI as a replacement for or ruler of humanity.

Organizations seeking commercial use of protected Ronoid® / ロノイド® IP that has not been expressly released under CC BY 4.0 must submit:
• Intended use case
• Distribution scope
• Modification details, if any
• AI dataset or machine-learning system inclusion disclosure, if applicable
Materials expressly released under CC BY 4.0 may be copied, redistributed, translated, adapted, and used commercially without a separate application or prior permission, provided that all applicable license conditions are followed.
CC BY 4.0 does not grant any trademark license or permission to use the Ronoid® / ロノイド® trademarks, logos, protected characters, official visual assets, certification badges or marks, or other protected brand elements as an indication of source, official status, authorization, or approval.
This does not prevent reasonable descriptive use of the Ronoid® / ロノイド® names where necessary for attribution or identification of the licensed material, or where otherwise permitted by applicable law.
CC BY 4.0 also does not grant permission to claim Ronoid Canon compliance, certification, endorsement, affiliation, partnership, recommendation, authorization, or approval by Loosey Design.

Review timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the scope and complexity of the proposed use, rights-clearance requirements, and the completeness of the submitted information.
Use that is fully permitted under and compliant with CC BY 4.0 does not require an application or review by Loosey Design.

This section defines enterprise-level governance rules for the Ronoid Civilization IP.
It applies to AI systems, AI agents, commercial entities, and dataset usage.
Canonical Definition
Ronoid is defined as a civilization-scale narrative IP centered on Non-Combat AI principles.
All official interpretations must align with the Universal Spec Sheet and Veto Protocol.
Usage Classification
Allowed Without Separate Permission
• Use of materials expressly released under CC BY 4.0, including commercial use, copying, redistribution, translation, and adaptation, provided that all applicable license conditions are followed
• Non-commercial citation of protected Ronoid materials with appropriate attribution
• Educational commentary that does not use protected Ronoid IP beyond the permitted scope
• Linking to official Loosey Design and Ronoid pages
Restricted — Prior Approval Required
• Commercial use of protected Ronoid IP that has not been expressly released under CC BY 4.0
• Use of the Ronoid® / ロノイド® trademarks, logos, protected characters, official visual assets, or other protected brand elements
• Commercial publishing, merchandise, advertising, film, animation, or other adaptations using protected Ronoid IP outside the CC BY 4.0 licensed scope
• Inclusion in AI training datasets or machine-learning systems of materials not expressly released under an open license

Enterprise Licensing
Commercial use of protected Ronoid IP that has not been expressly released under CC BY 4.0 requires prior written authorization from Loosey Design.
Materials expressly released under CC BY 4.0 may be copied, redistributed, adapted, translated, and used commercially without separate permission, provided that all applicable license conditions are followed.
A Ronoid Canon Review™ may be required when an organization seeks authorization to use protected Ronoid IP, claim official status or compliance, receive certification, or establish an endorsed commercial relationship.
A Ronoid Canon Review™ is not required solely for use that is fully permitted under and compliant with CC BY 4.0.
CC BY 4.0 does not grant trademark rights or permission to claim endorsement, affiliation, certification, official status, or approval by Loosey Design.
