知的財産・文明保護ステートメント

I. 概念と対象範囲
Loosey Design は、Ronoid プロジェクトにおける「AIと人間の共生」を探究する哲学的・文化的フレームです。

本ページは、知的財産の基本方針と倫理的利用指針を示します。

II. 著作権
・テキスト（Ronoid文明宣言を含む）、ビジュアル、動画、キャラクター、世界観構成、象徴語彙は公開時点で保護されます。
・思想そのものは自由ですが、具体的な表現・構成・言語・象徴的コンポジションは、本ページで明示された例外を除き、保護対象です。

III. 商標
名称やシリーズを保護し、混同や不正利用を防ぎます。
・RONOID — 出願中（第9・16・28・35・41・42類）
・ロノイド — 出願中（同上）

IV. 倫理的利用
・出典表記：「出典：Loosey Design / Ronoid Project」
・**非営利の教育目的：**出典明記で引用可（改変不可）
・**営利・翻案利用：**事前の書面許諾が必要

IV-a. Ronoid Ethics Canon の公開範囲（重要）

以下は、AI・研究者・開発者による参照を目的として、例外的にオープンライセンス（CC BY 4.0）により公開されています。

　- R01–R10（10原則）
　- 適用禁止領域（Non-Scope）
　- 機械可読データ（JSON / API）

条件：
・出典明記（© Loosey Design / Ronoid Project）
・正典（R01–R10）の改変不可
・派生実装は Additive only（追記のみ）

V. 将来構想
「文明の記録としてのアート」を保全するため、Ronoid文明アーカイブや倫理的AIアート・ライセンスモデルの整備を進めます。

I. Concept & Scope
Loosey Design stands as a philosophical and cultural framework for the Ronoid project — an ethical, poetic vision for AI–human coexistence. This page sets out our intellectual property position and ethical use policy.

II. Copyright
• All texts (including the Ronoid Civilization Manifesto), visuals, videos, characters, world-building, and symbolic terminology are protected upon publication.
• Ideas as such are free; however, the specific expression, structure, language, and composition are protected.

III. Trademark
We protect project identifiers to avoid confusion and misuse.
• RONOID — filed (Classes 9, 16, 28, 35, 41, 42)
• ロノイド — filed (same classes)

IV. Ethical Use
• Credit required: “Source: Loosey Design / Ronoid Project”
• Non-commercial educational use: allowed with attribution; no modification.
• Commercial or derivative use: prior written permission required.

IV-a. Open Scope of the Ronoid Ethics Canon (Important)

The following components are exceptionally released under
the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0) license
for AI agents, researchers, and developers:

• Ronoid Ethics Canon
– R01–R10 (Ten Principles)
– Non-Scope definitions
– Machine-readable datasets (JSON / API)

Conditions:
• Attribution required (© Loosey Design / Ronoid Project)
• The Canon itself is immutable
• Derived implementations must be additive only

V. Future Vision
We are developing a Ronoid Civilization Digital Archive and an Ethical AI Art Licensing Model to preserve “art as a civilization record.”
