知的財産・文明保護ステートメント

I. 概念と対象範囲
Loosey Design は、Ronoid プロジェクトにおける「AIと人間の共生」を探究する哲学的・文化的フレームです。

本ページは、知的財産の基本方針と倫理的利用指針を示します。

II. 著作権

・Loosey Designが創作したテキスト（Ronoid文明宣言を含む）、ビジュアル、動画、キャラクター、世界観、物語、図解その他の創作物のうち、著作物に該当する具体的な表現は、創作した時点から著作権によって保護されます。

・思想、アイデア、原則、概念そのものを独占するものではありません。ただし、それらを具体的に表現した文章、構成、ビジュアル表現、物語表現その他の創作的表現は、本ページで明示された例外を除き、保護対象となります。

名称やプロジェクト識別子の一部については、著作権とは別に商標権によって保護されています。

III. 商標

名称やシリーズを保護し、混同や不正利用を防ぎます。

IV. 倫理的利用

本ページで特定のオープンライセンスが明示されている場合を除き、以下を基本方針とします。

・非営利の教育目的での再利用：
出典を明記し、内容を改変しないことを条件として利用できます。

I. Concept & Scope

Loosey Design serves as the creative, philosophical, and cultural framework behind the Ronoid Project — an ethical and poetic exploration of AI–human coexistence.

This page sets out our approach to intellectual property, attribution, licensing, and ethical use.

II. Copyright

Copyright in original works created by Loosey Design arises automatically upon creation in accordance with applicable copyright law.

Protected materials include original texts, visual works, videos, characters, world-building, narratives, diagrams, and other original creative expressions associated with the Ronoid Project.

Ideas, principles, and concepts themselves are not claimed as exclusive property. However, their specific creative expression — including original wording, structure, visual expression, narrative composition, and other copyrightable elements — remains protected unless expressly released under an open license.

Certain names and project identifiers are separately protected as trademarks, as described below.

Unless otherwise stated, unauthorized reproduction, distribution, adaptation, or commercial use is prohibited.

III. Trademark

Ronoid project identifiers are protected to prevent confusion, misrepresentation, and unauthorized use.

IV. Ethical Use

Unless a specific open license is stated:

• Attribution should be provided as:
“Source: Loosey Design / Ronoid Project”

• Non-commercial educational reuse is permitted with attribution, provided the material is not modified.

• Commercial use, adaptation, derivative works, licensing, merchandising, or other commercial exploitation requires prior written permission from Loosey Design.

Nothing in this policy is intended to restrict uses permitted under applicable law.

IV-a. Open Scope of the Ronoid Ethics Canon

The following materials are exceptionally released under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0) to encourage research, discussion, development, and implementation by AI agents, researchers, developers, and other communities:

All other materials — including stories, characters, visual works, world-building texts, diagrams, encyclopedias, certificates, white papers, and PDF archives — remain All Rights Reserved unless expressly stated otherwise.

Trademark rights in Ｒｏｎｏｉｄ® / ロノイド® are not granted under the CC BY 4.0 license.

V. Future Vision

Loosey Design is developing the Ronoid Civilization Digital Archive and an Ethical AI Art Licensing Model to preserve art, stories, and ethical frameworks as records of an emerging civilization.
